Our goal is to see all who register for the Provider Wellness Symposium attend. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event that you are unable to attend, please see the policy below.
If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the Provider Wellness Symposium team, someone else to attend in their place.
Notice of registration or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (see definition below) for the Provider Wellness Symposium, guest registration, or vendor reservations must be made in writing by e-mailing info@4thecaregiver.com. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone. Please see cancelation policy due to unforeseen circumstances below.

Full Refund (less 2.5% return fee if returning funds to a credit card) or option to hold full amount credit for upcoming event

Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies:
Unforeseen circumstances describes an event that is unexpected and prevents the Provider Wellness Symposium or a registrant from attending or continuing with conference. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, inclement weather that grounds flights or other natural disasters, positive COVID test, statewide COVID travel restrictions, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence, or death or illness in family.
Please Note:
If an event is cancelled by the Provider Wellness Symposium due to unforeseen circumstance, the purchaser maintains the option to apply funds to a future event or receive a refund (less 2.5% credit card refund fee if returning to credit card). Those applying funds to a future event will be given expedited preferential admission and registration. However, the Provider Wellness Symposium does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
